How to do run with different starting locations at different times

Hello,

I am wanting to run a month long simulation, where there are emission of my pollutant at different location at each of these times. i.e., hour 1 release from 50 locations, while hour 2 release from 300 locations. I am using the emitimes file to do this. However I am getting an error of my starting locations in the control file do not equal the no.records in the emitimes file. This is true, but what is desired. Is there any way to get around this? Interestingly, if the no.records in the emitime file at that time is < that of the no. starting locations, I just get a warning and not an error!
