Is anyone using arw2arl with WRF v4, do you need to change WRF.cfg? Any help would be highly appreciated.

What problem do you have converting WRF v4 output to the HYSPLIT format?
There is no need to change the WRFDATA.CFG file unless the variables in your WRF files are different from those listed in the default CFG file.
