My wrf output file is triple nested and only the first layer can be converted properly, d02 and d03 will show the above error, when I try to query it using ncdump -h wrfout_d02_2016-01-01_00:00:00, the returned result attachment is as follows

I re-ran the wrf model with time_step=120 and encountered a new error message when converting the newly obtained arw file to arl with the arw2arl_batch.sh script:
Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference.
